Job Summary
Luxury Living Group is growing and diversifying, and hence we require an Administrator to help us grow into one of the leading companies in renewal energy solutions, by assisting in the day-to-day efficient organisation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the management team in administrative matters, including coordinating of schedules, organising and filing of documentation, uploading of documents in relevant software or company server.
- Setting up appointments for technical team
- Prepare memos, reports, and other forms of internal and external communication
- Answer and respond to organisation emails and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary
- Issuing delivery notes, receipts and invoices as required
- Act as front-office clerk when required, answering calls, taking messages, receiving guests and handle purchases, issues and complaints
- Regularly check, maintain record and ensure orders are made with regards to renewables supplies
- Communicate regularly with management and staff to help procure needed items
- Preparing and submitting necessary forms to relevant authorities with regards to application of funds
- Dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone, via e-mail or social media platforms
- Any other duties commensurate with the level of this post, as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
- Advanced level of education
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including word, excel and outlook
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- A team-player with the ability to work independently and seek help or assistance as needed
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Distinctly dependable and trustworthy, with a strong and proven work ethic
